Payment
Children
A minimum 24 hours notice is required if you need to cancel or reschedule. If less than 24 hours notice is given, a fee of 50% of the scheduled service will apply. Appointments cannot be rescheduled until the fee is paid. This fee does not count towards your next appointment
A 15-minute grace period is allowed if my schedule permits. After that, it will be treated as a cancellation. I will try to accommodate late arrivals, but this may require adjusting the service or skipping a style. A cancellation fee will apply for any missed services.
If you miss an appointment, a fee of 50% of the scheduled service will apply. No-shows will be evaluated for rescheduling on a case-by-case basis.
Changes to Service
Changes to services not performed made at the last minute will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Payment in full is required at the time of service. Forms of payment accepted are cash or check only.
Children of current clients are welcome for services, but please bring them only when they have a scheduled appointment.
